WARRANTY ON HARDWARE DEVICES
You may return a BRAND NEW unopened, unused and unregistered items within 14 Days of purchase for a full refund less shipping fees. After 14 days but no more than 30 days, an item may still be returned for a refund less shipping fees however, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all items.
You must contact ZaapTV by completing the online form or by email at sales@zaaptv.com.au to receive a return Warranty Form before you can return the brand new unopened item to us, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN WARRANTY FORM.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of dispatching your package to the return shipping address, This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

* The purchase of Renewal Pins & Vouchers are non-refundable once it has been redeemed. We will NOT refund Renewal PINs & Vouchers for any reason including but not limited to: Wi-Fi problems, Internet, Freezing and Buffering, Channels not working or removed.
* The Purchase of a Renewal PIN comes with Limited Warranty. We will attempt to repair the faulty device at no charge. Warranty excludes the cost of parts and shipping costs. Limited Warranty does not cover Freezing, Buffering, Internet, Wi-Fi or Channel related problems.
* If your device becomes faulty and we are unable to repair the device, we will submit a request to Transfer the Subscription to another same or similar device. The replacement cost for the device will be $99 plus shipping fee.
* Customer must pay for all Shipping Costs to/from our Office.
What is not covered under our Refund and Returns Policy:
Under Consumer Law, you have the right to Return your Purchase under certain circumstances. If there is a major problem with a product, you are entitled to return it and seek a remedy. We will endeavour to assist you to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
The following items are not covered under our Policies:
* changed your mind and no longer want the product
* ordered the wrong product
* found the product cheaper elsewhere
* found a better product elsewhere
* channels not working
* Internet and Wi-fi related problems (buffering, poor signal etc)
* if we test the device in-house and the device powers up and the channels work.
